Transparency Section
The date is automatically calculated based on: hours, days, weeks and months that are donated.
The formula is simple: for each donation, time is added to the school, and for each cost, time is taken away (see below for more on donations and costs).
When we can, we try to accommodate as many people as possible, which leads to an increase in class hours and thus monthly costs by affecting the date.
Below, you can see how the school and its activities have evolved since opening.

- Administrative Costs: association registration, insurance, banking fees;
- Legal Costs: legal consultancy;
- Tax and Bureaucratic Costs: taxes, fees, contributions;
- Promotional Materials;
- Website and IT;
- Travel Expenses: transportation, meals, and lodging for volunteers.
Maintenance costs amounting to €6,000 approx. monthly
- Staff compensation: two teachers, two tutors, two cultural mediators, one project manager;
- Cleaning: products and services;
- Furniture and Facilities: purchase and maintenance;
- Educational Materials: books, writing supplies, teacher equipment;
- Expenses promotional;
- Expenses operational and administrative;
- Travel Expenses: transportation, meals, and lodging for volunteers.
